CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: The hotel room is at your disposal from 02:30 pm at the latest to 12 am (midnight) on the date of arrival and has to be vacated by 10:30 am on the day of departure, except for particular conditions (late check-out).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A) Cancellation must be sent in written form through mail or fax.B) Cases such as No-Show and early departure, by reducing the length of your stay, have to be deemed as cancellations.C) In case of booking cancellation:
- within 3 days before your arrival, no penalty will be charged; - beyond this time limit, you will be charged of the first night amount or of the total cost of your stay as a penalty fee.

PAGAMENTO: è possibile effettuare il pagamento in uno dei seguenti modi:- bonifico bancario, carta di credito con l’autorizzazione ad addebitare l’importo dell'intero soggiorno oppure indicando i dati della carta a garanzia della prenotazione, indicando nominativo del cliente, le date di soggiorno o il nome dell’evento.
Le carte di credito accettate sono: American Express, MasterCard e Visa.
CANCELLAZIONI: A) L’ eventuale cancellazione deve pervenire per iscritto tramite e-mail (contatti) o fax (0575.979012);
B) No show, annullamenti, riduzioni della durata del soggiorno e partenze anticipate sono considerate cancellazioni;
C) In caso di cancellazione della prenotazione: fino a 3 giorni prima dell’arrivo, non verrà addebitato alcun importo; in caso di cancellazione comunicata oltre tale termine l´hotel si riserva il diritto di addebitare l'importo pari alla prima notte o il totale dell'intero soggiorno.
